As a public user/partner, I would like to have access to public NRCan EO data in Geo.ca, so that I can discover, visualize, and download (e.g. analysis-ready data) on demand for analysis.

This is going to be added to the current UX review plan being prepared by @vgulyy. Once timelines and milestones are established we will update accordingly.
