Key Question:
Does the number of traffic accidents affect vote share in wards?

Theory
Do local increasing local accidents affect election results? Does the number of casualties or the date at which the accident happened make a difference?

Key Data:
Road Traffic accidents 2017 by latitude and longitude http://data.dft.gov.uk.s3.amazonaws.com/road-accidents-safety-data/dftRoadSafetyData_Accidents_2017.zip

Provisional Road Traffic Accidents for 2018 by latitude and longitude http://data.dft.gov.uk.s3.amazonaws.com/road-accidents-safety-data/Midyear_Provisional_Road_Safety_Data_2018_DataGov.zip

Task
Convert latitude and longitudes into ward boundaries and start to look for correlations between traffic accidents and the 2018 election results.
