On https://www.cve.org/About/Metrics rendering of all table headings, and horizontal scrolling through table values, seems to be currently available only for wider viewports (e.g., greater than 1024 pixels). Otherwise, table cells are stacked vertically and it may be difficult to discern what the data means. This, for example, affects availability of the metrics data to users of Safari on iOS. Several months ago, these metrics tables were shown for Safari on iOS with horizontal scrolling. Below, the user may not know that the number "40,051" is associated with the year 2023 in the first of the two iOS screen pictures.

  • iOS 17.6.1 today
    ios-2024

  • iOS 17.6.1 on same device, rendering cve-website project from several months ago (picture excerpt)
    ios-2023
