Potential undocumented text/html error from any API call #1128

Summary

Any API call has the potential to return a Bad Gateway text/html error from AWS. Though unlikely, AWS can throw this error as a result of its load balancer failing.

Definition of Done

  • Update Swagger docs to note possible error, or add to upcoming user guide.
