In the README docs, the examples show that the owl:ObjectProperty names that have puv:Parameter as their domain are called:

  • puv:hasBiologicalObject
  • puv:hasChemicalObject
  • puv:hasMatrixRelationship
  • puv:inMatrix
  • puv:ofProperty

But in the actual ontology definition at https://w3id.org/env/puv#, the owl:ObjectProperty names for that set are:

  • puv:objectOfInterest
    • puv:biologicalObject
    • puv:chemicalObject
    • puv:physicalObject
  • puv:matrixRelationship
  • puv:matrix
  • puv:property

The intentions for those properties look the same, but which set of names is correct if we want to reference the PUV ontology from the DPN ontology?

Good catch. Fixed now.
