Chief Complaint Task 4: Add Healthkit query function to LLM

Use Case

When interacting with the LLM for the Chief Complaint, the LLM can access and summarize FIHR health data to help the user clarify their chief complaint.

Problem

The LLM currently has no way to access or summarize user health data.

Solution

Give the LLM a function to query relevant FIHR health data.

Alternatives considered

We may be able to reuse a querying function from different parts of the project.
