Update notebooks to showcase grabbing data from Thredds #35

Now that the Thredds server is live and outward facing, notebooks should be updated to showcase using the data via the sage client and direct access of the ingest files on the server.

An update to this data display workflow should be developed / updated such that an ingest file is created before the example notebook for the public, in order to display both ways to access the data. Liz and I will work with our next plugin (Handix POPS) on this process.

I'll also correct the WXT notebook and finish an AQT notebook
