Make sure scan extractor routine can handle complete CBF frames. #33

The Zenodo record 261942 contains cbf files that are "full" cbf. Every frame contains a full imgCIF description of the scan that it is part of together with the axis descriptions. If such frames are available a complete imgCIF file can be generated with the only user input being to provide the remote location of the data.
