The _twin_individual_mass_fraction_refined data item in the DDL1 version of the dictionary was allowed to have a standard uncertainty value. This is also reflected in the TWIN category example from the DDL1 dictionary (https://www.iucr.org/__data/iucr/cifdic_html/1/cif_twinning.dic/Ctwin.html).
