Trace links in artifact_traces.csv are obsolete

• When I run download_traces.pl, the script can't find the file from mega. It seems like the trace files are deleted when I visit the website. For example, line 46 in traces/artifact_traces.csv: compute_fp_101.champsim.gz,https://mega.nz/file/pp9XzRSS#PJZZhBbrMjxfyKd3cuvIv8apn9HeQ4pLe6ZswpbAevY

The hosting serving is causing issues from time to time. I will request you to get started with the ChampSim traces available online (you can find the links on ChampSim repo), while we can find an alternative service to host the traces.
