Add a feature to allow for reporting bugs / issues in the running of the NodeBB

We felt that this was highest in the ranking as it establishes a feature that allows users to point out bugs or inconsistencies in the application that developers may have not, ensuring that this feedback can be received and acted on much quicker, and making it smoother for continuous development. Its also a feature that is not difficult to be implement, as we can simply add a text box and have all requests saved on a file. Therefore, due to its high impact and low effort, we felt that it would be first in the ranking of features to implement.
