improve .csv files

The same data is not at the same place/position which makes difficult to work with data and do comparison.

In different files, e.g. files H4mYYy2W.csv and 6oE0K27A.csv:
The goal is to combine them in one file as I have more than 4'000 records to compare, I did 2 exports (as the export is limited to 4'000 results in the ILS) and copy/paste one in the other but, e.g. URL is not in the same column:
H4mYYy2W.csv: URL is in column AE when converting text to column.
6oE0K27A.csv: URL is in column AI when converting text to column.

There are some fields (probably empty) that are not in one file but we don’t easily see which one(s)/column(s).

I am not an expert in Excel, so please let me know if there is an easy workaround.
