8.1 missing from "Release Announcements" page

I went to the web site to check if I was using the latest version of CDAT (I'm using 8.1), and the web site is still listing 8.0 as the latest version, in the Changelog page

You have to scroll down the Installation page if you want to see a mention of 8.1

Hi @jypeter, 8.2 will be coming out really soon, so the idea was to wait until 8.2 was ready and update the page for 8.1 and 8.2 at the same time. I apologize that I haven't had time to get to this task. I'm now working on a different project, so I've included Carlos Downie and between the two of us, once 8.2 is ready, the pages will get updated.

Well, it's probably good if the users can easily find on the main web site which is the latest version of CDAT (and/or of CDAT main components, for people who only want some parts of CDAT)

This information should probably also be on the home page
