Make sur the tutorials use vcs.sample_data

@mattben and @doutriaux1 I wanted to quickly run the nice vector related examples of the Gallery to check if I would get the same results, because the vectors in my current plot look weird. Unfortunately they use some data that is not in vcs.sample_data. It would be much more useful to use some of the sample data

@jypeter great point. I was using one of CMIP5 output for that example but not sure if we want to add that in CDAT as sample dataset. @doutriaux1 what do you think?
