Make NiChart_DLMUSE accept BIDS I/O

  • Right now we only support a folder containing raw T1 images. This should change and we have to accept a BIDS type folder for input.
  • Except from that, if users specify that they want a bids type of I/O(--bids 1/true), we should provide the output with the BIDS format

BIDS output

The output should contain the masked(DLMUSE) image at the anat/ subfolder and the needed json files to describe the images of the output.
