Skipping through frames manually causes error

Describe the bug
Skipping through frames manually to check a specific frame causes an error that will make roop refuse to work and shut down on itself.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. render a face swap on a video
2. click on swap frames
3. click up or down through a few frame numbers using the up/down arrow buttons
4. Error in screenshot happens 9/10 times

i've noticed the same. when you use the two frame +- buttons, typing by hand and pressing enter works ok.
