Error: More than one file name has been given!

Hi
When i use the "--default-duration 0:23.976fps" in Video Extra Parameters, the program gives an this error:
Error: More than one file name has been given ('E:\test.mkv' and '--default-duration').

Why?
Where is the problem from?

Usually get this error with an incorrect or not totally compatible version of mkvpropedit. As a matter of elimination I would try a few different versions of mkvpropedit and make sure the correct path to that specific version is set under the 'General' tab.
