Once user clicks on transcribe in the UI for a book, for each chapter in the book send a POST call with project_id, book_code, chapter
When chapter call return, set the color as green (default black)
If chapter in progress, it can be shown in orange
The status column shows the progress of that orange chapter.
Allow the green chapters to be opened and view the STT verses in popup modal.
Once all the chapters are done set book status as Transcribed.
