There are cases when the I want to revisit location markers that i had previously completed and no longer visible.

I was helping someone with an achievement that I had completed and wanted to make the markers visible again. I remembered that the activation.xml file held completion status of the markers. I removed all data from activation.xml (since I could not tell which line went to what marker) and restarted TaCo. The markers in question popped up for a second and then vanished. I then remembered that TaCo markers can be linked to achievements exposed in the API. I deleted my API key and the markers became visible, along with a red warning in the center of the screen that could not be turned off. I did use the Window edit mode to move the warning window from the center of the screen.

I would like to have an option to ignore the API checking of marker status. If the API interface was not available, there was no API Key for the current account, or I had selected the ignore API option then I would like an error message regarding a missing/ignored API key to come up each time the program starts with an option to clear the ignore setting if a valid API key was associated with the account or to acknowledge the error and dismiss it.
