What happened?
I tried to install Minecraft Pi (Modded) through Pi-Apps (latest version) and it came up with some sort of network error: 'connection refused'
Description
So, Pi-Apps does not install Minecraft Pi (Modded) correctly, as I get a bunch of errors.
I tried looking at my network settings, disabling my proxy, changing my DNS to something well known, but I can't install it at all.
Pi-Apps on install gives me a dump of errors, one that caught my eye is 'Connection refused':

What are your system specs (run the following command in your terminal)?
(Recommended) Error log? Terminal output? Debug messages?
