Restore package does not use data files in the package folder #27

When restoring a package, the upload files should use the files in the package folder, not the originals.

Additionally, the program should be able to handle the case where the package folder is moved from its original location, even a different machine.

Use-case: I am on a machine that can not access the internet, but I collect the data, apply a template, then save the package to a removable media. Take the removable media/package to a machine that does have internet, copy package to new machines HD, and reopen the package in EZBake/metaforge and then want to upload the data with the extracted metadata. The absolute paths to the original data will not work.
