Build tested: Windows Build

We may just found out that either the modloader or Outflow are bugging heavily out with the recents version, causing massive CPU usage on the Headless.

While 2-3 threads normaly run at 40-60%, we expirienced yesterday at a Crystaline Shard above 12 people, that that utulization suddenly spiked across all avaible 24 threads, while the Server drops from its capped 45 fps down to 10-20 fps.
We ruled out Peoples Avatars + the World.

The Weirdest part is, it can be triggered and fixed by spawning heavy objects aswell, not user spawning....
We just finished a testrun with 19+ people and the server were holding up... but the hitches without Outflow got really worse, so I hope we can find that new issue.

We just hit the Issue again with 22 people were all threads freak out... its a problem with the native build.
