Setup workflows through GitHub actions which automatically build the desktop versions and upload them to a release whenever a tag (beginning with the letter v, as all the current tags seem to be) is created.

I'm already working on this, just figured I would create a ticket for it so two people aren't working on it.

I've been pretty busy and haven't had the time to mess with it recently. I'm happy to continue working on it when I have time, but if someone wants to work on it feel free.

I know, I just wanted to give you an update so you know I didn't fully abandon it. I should have some more time in a couple weeks when school is out for the summer to keep working on it.

@cameronaaron All my work on it is in my fork at https://github.com/morpheus636/bluebubbles-app. It's been a while, but iirc, I was waiting on some additional docs to be able to get any further.

I believe @jjoelj has refactored some stuff with the build system since then (per some messages on the discord), and may have even automated it himself, so my work likely won't be of much use.

See the draft PR linked further up, as Joel added some notes there.
