Unable to use webpage to login with qr optiom

I am trying to login toy jade using qr option and used this website https://jadefw.blockstream.com/pinqr/index.html

The website scans the step 1/4 qr and i see progress bar updated and finished. But once finished animated qr is not shown on the webpage. I see the attached image screen.

Is it a temperory issue or is it something wrong with my jade. Could it be that I recieved a non spam hardware and it creates wrong animated qr?

Just tried it just now on my (Android) phone, and the phone scanned the jade QR and then automatically moved to step 2/4 and displayed its own code for Jade to scan ... again the phone app/page moved automatically between steps 3 and 4, as expected. Unlock was completed as expected - so not sure what's going on above.
