[Feature Request] Automatically search for (and download) LoRAs on CivitAI if they're mentioned in a prompt

e.g. with <lora:$loraoncivitai:1.1> it would automatically search for the LoRA $loraoncivitai and if it finds it, prompt the user to download the file and deposit it in the correct folder. There should also be the option of automatically downloading LoRAs (i.e. skipping the prompt) if the user agrees. There should be a button next to "Generate" called "Check prompts for LoRAs" or something like that to trigger it, if it worked by just pasting a prompt into the txt2img field that would be amazing.
