I test it out my own image and the output did not preserve identity and was blurry as well has alot of artifacts

This is happening to me too.

This is supposed to be Obama. I don't know what happened, but the results I'm getting aren't as good as the examples.

I think the input crop is not right. can you post the original image?

Hi, after adjusting the crop the results are quite okay considering the fact that the test data is very different from the training set (Voxceleb). Try to use a face which is more or less in a square shape (you can check those examples from voxceleb ).
