Can't enable upload box

When I keep trying to enable the upload box/field on my form all I get is "Invalid value for required option." I tried everything but same error comes up whats so ever.

Any way to fix this?

It seems field is still showing up with red dot which idk if this is supposto be like this?

I'm also having this problem. The "Required" checkbox isn't appearing in the add field setup.
