Define Roadmap

Depending upon the user story, the scope of the project should be defined via clear milestones and if possible, potential target date for each milestones.

Each milestone then should the be subdivided into one/multiple issues.

The Project board can be used to set priorities for each issue and assign them to repo members. This helps contributors understand who is working on what and which tasks are up for grab.
