[Feature Request]: Allow a bulk condense of all portals on SEINet

Right now, one can condense individual portals within SEINet, so you don't see the list of all herbaria within the portal. Minor Request: A nice feature would be able to condense them all in one click, to more easily see the portal names; then you could expand the one of interest. I would certainly retain the "Expand All Sections" feature; that is useful.

Describe the solution you'd like.

As above, have a Condense All button in the listing of Herbaria, so one could see only the portals, but retain the Expand All Sections feature.
