Label formatting: add ability to format header and footer

Some users want to be able to format the header in a more friendly way, including the ability to add multiple lines to it.

There are two options to solve this:

1. Add formatting options to the controls in the label form itself → easier, but can result in a confusing user experience
2. Move header and footer options to the visual editor → more complex
