Is your feature/tool request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is very frustrating that annotations can only be printed in the browser (at a font size that is extremely small and thus useless) or downloaded as DOCX. This means, it is not possible to customize the format how annotations can be printed.
When printing specimen labels, a CSV can be downloaded for generating custom labels. This functionality should be made available for the annotation labels too.
It is also frustrating that options for printing annotation labels always default back to the same formatting. This means, one has to remember turning off printing a border, using a different number of columns, enable printing the catalog number, etc.
But perhaps the most frustrating issue: it is not possible to print annotation labels with "collector+collector number". Try printing out hundreds of annotation labels which have no catalog number and then try sorting them to your specimens. that is basically IMPOSSIBLE...
Yes, one could argue that all specimens should have catalog numbers, but this might often not be the case and having an additional way to identify what specimen annotation labels refer too is therefore necessary.
Describe the solution you'd like.

When and how would this feature be used? What are some use cases?
see above, basically any decent collection management software should support custom annotation label printing (at least as CSV download).

PS: There is also currently no Identification Qualifier field available for printing annotation labels!
This field is particularly relevant as it happens very regularly that annotators add "cf.", "s.l.", "agg." etc. to their identifications and that qualifier is thus very important information that must not be ignored.
