currently skeletal file only updates values when the current value is NONE, but it still says it is successful

ideally it would ...

have a checkbox to allow the user to choose whether they want to overwrite existing values
give counts about records actually updated, matching but having the same value, or to be created during skeletal upload because of lack of catalogNumber match.
