Updates to macroinvertebrate API endpoint

Starting (most likely) with samples collectDate 2023-10-01 (or 11-01, check AY date), it will be possible to harvest taxonomy in association with samples for identified inv_ classes. Need to brainstorm how to seperate out these samples which will theoretically work correctly with updates to the subsampler from older samples that cannot be expected to harvest correctly, as is.
