Conditional statement for bulk mosquito blood fed samples

OS IPT meeting 11/6/24:

Determined that bulk mosquitos will be split into blood-fed and not-blood-fed starting with collectDates of 2025-01-01. A new sampleClass will be created for blood fed mosquitos but the old class will remain in use for the other samples. This requires the addition of a conditional statement in the harvester that will indicate based on collectDate whether blood fed mosquitos may be present in the sample. tbd, occurrenceremarks or preparations
