Seems the registry at https://biocontainers.pro/ is showing facet error again...Can't search it anymore...

I'm also experiencing this error. It seemed to be working this morning, but I've been encountering the error since around 2:40 PM EDT.

I was able to continue my work by searching for the BioContainer Docker images on https://quay.io/repository/biocontainers (for anyone who is looking for a temporary workaround).
