Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

First, I love adetailer. It is the best extension for a1111 ever - completely changed my workflow. That said, when I create a new checkpoint through checkpoint merger there is no option to refresh the available checkpoints in adetailer to reflect this.

Just like there is for the main checkpoint, it would be great to have a refresh button next to the "use separate checkpoint" menu in adetailer

Is this something that is possible? it would save me hours every week of restarting all of a1111 so I get a refreshed list of checkpoints to work with
