vcs 23.12-SP1，normal compile OK. But partition compile fail.

Crack vcs 23.12-SP1 by the latest SynopsysMonoSlayer;

Normal compile works well.

Partition compile (with vcs option -partcomp ) failed. Could you please help to have a look?

platform is Ubuntu 22.04

Error info:

Error-[FAE] File access error
File
"xxx/exec/partitionlib/_SNPS_VCS_intf_repository/libvcspc__SNPS_VCS_intf_repository.so"
cannot be opened for reading due to 'No such file or directory'.
Please fix this issue and compile again.
