Update - Voice assistant possible fix!

Hi Guys, I have made some amendments that hopefully will sort out VA not responding. I have tested and am able to send multiple commands and also leave and go back to it and it responds. so hopefully this will help. you can just add this to the existing voice_assistant: config.

I noticed that if we ask it for a request or several screensaver and timeout to blank works correctly screen saver turns off the screen, on the other hand when it detects a presence the screen saver is at 100% and does not reduce to 30% to turn off

Does this change add continuous VA?

sorry , no. voice_assistant.start_continuous, just means that the VA will run and wait for a wakeword at the start of each cycle , used for HA based wakeword engine. Whereas Voice__assistant.start is a single cycle used with on device wakeword as the 2 are run slightly differently.
