User can select a Bgee release using "_" or "." delimiter (i.e, 13.2 or 13_2).

All "." are transformed to "_" by the package in order to compare releases selected by the user and available releases from the "release_v2.tsv" file.

Its possible to use the compareVersion function that deals with these problems (for compareVersion, 13.2 == 13_2)
