Multi-raxml is a massively parallel tool for model selection and tree inference on thousands of genes

Main features:

• Simultaneous multiple MSAs processing
• Model selection with ModelTest-NG
• ML and Bootstrap Searches with RAxML-NG

To get started, please see how to compile and run the project.

Do not forget to clone with the --recursive git option.

If you encounter any issue, please first read the troobleshooting and run before reporting it.
