Installer Stuck at "Installing MS Visual Studio..."

I'm encountering an issue with the Dalaix project installer. The installation process gets stuck at the step "Installing MS Visual Studio..." and does not progress any further.

Steps to Reproduce:

Run the Dalaix installer.
Observe the installation process until it reaches the "Installing MS Visual Studio..." step.

Expected Behavior:
The installer should complete the MS Visual Studio installation step and proceed to the next steps.

Actual Behavior:
The installer gets stuck at the "Installing MS Visual Studio..." step and does not progress.

Temporary Workaround:
As a temporary solution, I downloaded version 1.1.0 and manually installed the llama 13B Model to the C:\Dalai directory.
