Hey, I can reproduce the issue. It seems that the underlying regex for finding the options has some issue. I'll check if I can improve it.

I pushed a fix to: 32-not-consistent-list-of-flags-with-actual-help-message-wrong-connections-between-flag-and-description.

Please note that options like -bb and -OO are not yet supported, as finding a general regex that detects those is quite hard.
