Hi,
I'm trying to run ROSE on my local server, but I consistently get the same error regardless of whether I use my own input files or the example files.
File "/users/home/erna/ChIPseq/ROSE/ROSE_main.py", line 292
inputGFFFile = options.input
TabError: inconsistent use of tabs and spaces in indentation
I have looked at line 292 in the script but can't find an error, and I've tried using .bed files, broad.peaks output from MACS2 as well as a .gff file.
Do you know what the problem might be?
Many thanks!
