在ie 6, 7等不支持audio的浏览器上，如果没装flash环境，现在setUrl时会抛异常，但不是很好的解决方法。应该在初始化时就判断， 如果 player.engine.engines.length === 0 && $.flash.available === false ，就应抛出报错事件。
