No in-game feedback provided when an error occurs with /achievements

There is no message sent to the command source when the following error occurs withe /achievements

At least a generic "An error has occured, please notifiy an Administrator." would be preferable to silently failing.

Also, I added all perms to my API key after seeing this error and I still receive said error.

@Mohron Thanks for the feedback! I agree we should have a way to notify folks when there are permission failures.

API keys may take up to an hour to fully update permissions due to cache behaviors on our end. Please contact [email protected] if you are still experiencing issues beyond an hour after updating.
