LauncherEx does not save mod order

Every time I run LauncherEx it reorders all the mods in some default order it likes. It does not save any manual changes to load order, no matter what I do.

Just a user, but I caught it doing this redhanded, and I figured out it was because I didn't have a required module for one of the other mods in my list.

(In my case, I just had installed it incorrectly.)

Honestly, it's an amusing way to find out you messed up somewhere, but I feel like this could lead to further issues down the road if somebody doesn't catch that the load order's messed up.
