New Gotmas Detachment Librarius Conclave is not available for the Black Templars army.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load Warhammer 40,000.gst system
2. Select Imperium - Space Marines and click on the Edit button
3. Under Shared Selection Entry Groups
4. Select Detachment
5. Search and click on Libraris Conclave
6. There is a modifier called set hidden true an applies to Imperium - Adeptus Astartes - Black Templars

Expected behavior
The Librarius Conclave detachment is available for the Black Templar army.

This would be pointless because;

1. Black Templar armies can't include Psykers.
2. The army rule, all the enhancements, and all the stratagems (apart from Armour of Contempt), trigger from the Psyker keyword.

Use a different detachment, or a different Chapter keyword.

OP may have missed that the BT organisation restrictions were moved to the SM Codex via errata, so they do apply to all Detachments, not just the original BT one.
