Today at our biweekly Phalanx Design Meeting:

• Rylok finished SKW9K enhancements
• Amadeusz made progress on Data Engine, implementing Diagnostics (aka errors for end users)
• LazerGunz presented his Blazor UI prototype (contact him for a demo screen recording link)
• LazerGunz created Phalanx project https://github.com/orgs/BSData/projects/4 and added some work
• TheMrAfrica and oldtimer want to help with Data Engine, will join Amadeusz for Live Coding session
• NetBattler joined and declared interest in contributing code
• we agreed to keep edit selection view as a separate screen/component, as it can recurse deeply
• we agreed to keep using .rosz/.ros file format for roster import/export for MVP (and support it as the roundtrip format)
• next meeting goals:
  • project public name - different or same, if same: keep Project Phalanx or simplify as Phalanx?
  • LazerGunz will move his Blazor UI into the Phalanx repo and move to skw9k dataset and loading it into WHAM DTOs
  • have a live, online site hosted on GitHub Pages
  • xela plans to port test scenarios to new skw9k dataset

Also maybe consider a landing page before going to actual editor:

• provide short intro/description of the project
• provide links to discord, github
• have a "subscribe to mailing list" component, so we can notify people on launch
