Updated Centurion, Princess, fix, and improvement

Centurion cruiser stats, rules, and cost updated according to latest experimental rules. Added Princess Liner (available only in Ship Browser). Admiral cost is no longer included in battlegroup total (alters Fleet cost instead). Fleet stat sheet shows maximum allowed battlegroup cost (automatic check is still broken).

Added missing FAQ references to Clusters, Laser Armament, and Missile Armament.

Clusters, space stations, and more

It's now possible to configure terrain (Clusters, Space Stations, Debris Fields, Planetary Rings, Large Solid Objects). Also, PHR "Arc" stat format cleanup.

First release

All fleets are in, space stations and clusters will come later. Includes limited release ships (Athens, Saratoga, Centurion), as well as changes from FAQ and Official Rules Update documents. Automatically calculates battlegroup strategy rating, and fleet launch cap. It's possible to name individual ships; there is also ship browser mode.
