Scenarios

This version is not backwards compatible with older version army lists, sorry. This is hopefully the first and last time this happens. Added scenarios and scenario modifiers. Re-organized all army lists to properly limit support choices and enforce restricted unit limits.

UK - Pacific

Added the UK - Pacific theater for both British and Australian forces as well as the Amphibious Landing Scenario. Minor bugfixes for China and Pacific - American too

Chinese Artillery changes

Added the 'Too Valuable' special rule to Off-Table mortars and artillery. Added Unique high calliber captured artillery for 1938-45

China 1937 changes

Changed the Vickers MkE Type A to the Vickers MkE Type B. Changed the Short Supplies rule to help balance the 14 man conscript squads. Added Banzai-like rules to the Dare to Die units.

Dare to Die changes

Changed the Dare to Die units from Unique to Restricted and elevated their training to elite. Dare to Die units and German trained units are not mutually exclusive

Chinese Theater

Added China 1937-45 in the Chinese and Burma theaters. These are not official rules and are labeled with the Dis prefix (short for Dispatch). I've also added Japan for the Chinese theater. Also, fixed the points/BR costs for the Rifle Company for the Soviets in FotR
